PSA integration
Put ConnectWise tickets, companies, and contracts on the same page as your RMM alerts, backups, and billing.
What Vectis syncs
The read side of the adapter. Pulled on a schedule and available everywhere the customer account surface lives.
Actions Vectis can take
Write-back methods this adapter exposes. Rules can call them; so can inline actions on the customer hub. Every action is logged to the audit trail.
How it correlates
Vectis is about ConnectWise Manage joining your other systems around the customer account — not a standalone dashboard. Two concrete examples:
A NinjaOne or Kaseya alert fires for a device that Vectis already maps to a ConnectWise company. A rule opens a ConnectWise ticket on the right board, with the device name and the alert body, and links the ticket back to the alert in Vectis.
Datto flags three consecutive backup failures on a BCDR device. A rule opens a ConnectWise ticket on the board of your choice with priority set by device criticality. No more dispatchers copying alert text between tabs.
Setup snapshot
Generate a ConnectWise API Member in System → Members → API Members, then capture its public + private keys and your Client ID from developer.connectwise.com. Paste them into Vectis along with your regional site URL (na, eu, etc.) and your company ID. Vectis tests the connection against the /system/info endpoint before saving. The first full sync pulls companies, tickets, and agreements; subsequent runs are incremental. Webhooks are optional but recommended — configure them once and tickets update in Vectis without waiting for the next sync.
