The alert hits. The ticket exists.

A high-severity disk alert fires on a customer’s file server. Twelve seconds later a ticket exists on the right board, with the alert payload as the first note, routed to the tech who owns that customer. The rule had a 24-hour correlation window, so a ticket already opened from the morning standup doesn’t duplicate. Your tech sees a queue, not an inbox.

The phone rings

A customer calls. You answer in one tab.

“Did our backups run last night?” The old answer: open Datto, check the last-successful column, switch to Veeam for the VBR jobs, switch to Keepit for M365, switch back to the PSA to log the call.
