About
Vectis is built by an operator who spent years writing internal tools for a SaaS support team — the kind of cross-tool correlation work MSPs do all day, on a much larger scale, with far less leverage. The product is what that operator wished existed before he started writing it himself.

I’ve spent the last several years writing internal tooling for a SaaS support team. The work was mostly correlation: an alert in one system, a ticket in another, a customer record in a third — and the slow, expensive realisation that no off-the-shelf tool was ever going to stitch them back together. So we built it.
Vectis is that same problem, sized for MSPs. An MSP runs a stack of five or six tools across every customer they manage. Each tool answers part of the question. Nobody is writing the glue between them — not the PSA vendors, not the RMM vendors, not the all-in-ones. The MSP runs the glue, by hand, every shift.
Vectis is the glue, productised. The first version is opinionated, single-tenant per MSP, self-serve, and small enough to actually understand — built by people who lived inside this exact problem before they tried to fix it.

Why this exists
The MSP tools market has a missing middle. Below ten seats, an all-in-one like Atera or Syncro is enough — one vendor, one bill, one workflow. Past two hundred seats, the ConnectWise Asio / Kaseya IT Complete platforms swallow you whole and the procurement deck comes out. In between is every MSP we know.
Below the gap
An all-in-one is fine. The cross-tool correlation problem hasn't bitten yet, the all-in-one has the entire workflow under one roof, and the integration count is small.
The gap Vectis fills
Real PSA + real RMM + real backup + real billing, four to six tools deep. No single vendor has the unified-customer view. Tab-switching is the operating system.
Above the gap
ConnectWise Asio / Kaseya IT Complete swallow the stack and the IT-platform RFP cycle starts. Different procurement, different ACV, different product.
Vectis is built specifically for the middle column — the MSPs that have outgrown the all-in-ones but don’t want to write a million-dollar Asio cheque to get a unified view. That’s a deliberate scope choice. We will not chase the shoulders of the curve.
How we build
Short list. Not a vision document.
Every screen starts with “which customer?” If a feature can’t answer that, it doesn’t ship. We do not build dashboards for the sake of dashboards.
Reply to the ticket, acknowledge the alert, file the QBR. If the workflow ends in “then go open another tab,” we haven’t finished it yet.
If a feature exists in the product, it exists for everyone on the tier that includes it. We do not ship things that work for one connector but quietly fall back to a placeholder for another.
No SOC 2 logos we don’t hold. No AI-generated testimonials. No fabricated case studies. The bar for marketing copy is the same as the bar for security copy.
Tenancy is a deployment boundary, not a row. Every MSP gets its own database and container. The blast radius of any single bug is one MSP, not the entire customer base.
