From Pax8 we read each customer's subscriptions and your real partner cost, and roll it up: total distributor spend, a per-customer breakdown, and the waste we can prove from distributor data alone.

Get your book-wide spend, the recoverable subset (subscriptions billing while suspended, duplicates), and trials about to convert. Nothing is saved; the report disappears when you close the tab.

Read-only, nothing changes
Pax8 credentials and the Microsoft sign-in are read-only. We list subscriptions, counts and cost — we can't read email, files or user content, and we can't change anything in your systems.
Nothing is stored
The analysis runs live and is discarded when you leave. Your Pax8 credentials are used once and never saved. We don't store your customer data anywhere — the only thing we keep is your email, and only if you ask us to send the report.
Revoke in one click
Delete the Pax8 API key when you're done, or remove the Microsoft app from your Entra admin center under Enterprise applications. Access lasts only as long as you allow it.
