SaaS distribution integration
StreamOne Ion license inventory joins the cross-distributor leakage + margin surface.
What Vectis syncs
The read side of the adapter. Pulled on a schedule and available everywhere the customer account surface lives.
Read-only today
This adapter pulls data into Vectis but doesn’t write back into TD SYNNEX. Rules can still react to the synced data — for example, a Pax8 subscription change can open a ConnectWise ticket or a HaloPSA action. The write-back lands in the PSA, not in TD SYNNEX.
How it correlates
Vectis is about TD SYNNEX joining your other systems around the customer account — not a standalone dashboard. Two concrete examples:
SYNNEX subscriptions merge with Pax8, Sherweb, and Ingram in license_subscriptions. The weekly Money Found digest doesn't care which reseller billed a seat — it cares whether the seat is uncontracted, below margin, or drifting from the PSA contract count.
StreamOne OAuth clients can be granted access to multiple resellers. The adapter carries a reseller ID per connection, so a holding-company MSP can wire multiple resellers without credential overlap.
Setup snapshot
Create a dedicated OAuth client in StreamOne Ion → Settings → API Keys. Paste the Client ID, Client Secret, your SYNNEX reseller identifier, and your operating region (US, CA, EU, APAC) into Vectis. Vectis tests with a subscriptions query before saving.
