1. Delete from the mobile app
- Open the Vectis app and sign in.
- On the Customers screen, tap Settings (top-right), then Account.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm your identity — re-enter your password, or, if you sign in with Microsoft / Google / Apple, confirm with that provider.
- Tap Permanently delete account. You'll be signed out immediately.
2. Delete from the web app
- Sign in at your Vectis workspace URL (for example your-team.mspvectis.com) and open Account.
- Scroll to Danger zone and choose Delete my account.
- Type your email to confirm and re-enter your password (or confirm with your sign-in provider), then Permanently delete account.
3. What gets deleted, and when
- Immediately: your account is deactivated and you lose all access. Every active session and device sign-in is revoked.
- After a 7-day recovery window: your personal data — name, email address, and login credentials — is permanently erased. The 7 days exist only so a mistaken deletion can be reversed by contacting support; there is no other way to recover the account after deletion.
- Retained for compliance: audit-log entries are kept as required for security and legal obligations, per our Privacy Policy.
- Not affected: deleting your user account does not delete your organisation's workspace or the data it stores about its own customers (tickets, devices, alerts, and so on) — that data is owned by your organisation, not by you individually.
4. Can't access the app or web?
If you're unable to sign in to either the app or the web to complete the steps above, email privacy@mspvectis.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
